Elite teams are considered by athletes who are looking to train and compete at the highest level in club and aspire to play in college. Teams are led by experienced coaches and are usually supported by a paid assistant coach. There are typically 8 to 10 practices per full month.
The regional team program is a lower cost travel program that provides strong coaching and competition against clubs playing in the Southern California region. Regional travel teams may also be ideal for athletes that have time conflicts with the longer elite team season. There are typically 8 practices per full month.
Local teams are an ideal spring board for athletes that want to go on to play on their high school teams or compete on more advanced travel team programs as they get older. Practices are spent working on individual skills with an emphasis on team play in a fun, positive environment. Local teams compete against other San Diego county teams and do not travel to regional events. Teams typically practice 8 times per full month.
