Conor attended Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, CA, where he lead their volleyball team to a CIF Southern Section Championship and an overall ranking of #2 in the nation in 2008. With an offer to play at Rutgers University, Conor decided to play club volleyball at UMass. Starting all 4 years and the team’s Captain for 3, Conor lead the team in kills and blocks during his career.

After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology in May of 2013, Conor interned at Velocity Sports Performance as a strength & conditioning coach, where he worked with NFL combine invitees and Olympic cyclists. Following his internship, Conor obtained the position of Head Strength & Conditioning Specialist at Prime Athletes in Lawndale, CA. Conor primarily worked with volleyball and basketball athletes where he designed programs based around injury prevention and lower body explosiveness.While at Prime Athletes, Conor increased a female athlete’s vertical by 4 inches in 4 weeks, after which she went on to win First Team All-CIF. After training with Conor for 12 months, Carly Muller received a full scholarship to Penn State University where she later helped lead the Nittany Lions to a Division I women’s volleyball championship in 2013.

In September 2014, Conor received an internship as a strength & conditioning coach at the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) in Colorado Springs. During his time there, Conor worked with and designed programs for Olympic Judo athletes and Olympic figure skaters. Conor received certifications as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, and as a Certified Personal Trainer.

After accepting the position as Director of Sports Performance for RedLine Athletics Temecula, Conor moved to Temecula in January of 2015 and was there until July 2018.

Conor moved to San Diego in August of 2018 and plays beach volleyball and hikes in his free time.
