Brittani was a two sport 7x letter winner at Warren Central High School in Indianapolis, IN. After sustaining an injury her junior year, she returned for her senior year leading the Warriors to a 29-4 finish and was named co-Player of the Year and was the first of two students to ever go to college for volleyball from the High School as a middle blocker. Brittani also received first team All State honors in 2007. Brittani played for Team Indiana her senior year in club and her team won the Regional Championships to advance to the Junior Olympics as an Outside Hitter.
Brittani accepted a full ride scholarship to play at the University of Southern Indiana where she was a 4 year starter and was a 3 time First Team All Conference player. Brittani received multiple All Tournament Awards and her senior year she received a Player of the Week award from the GLVC as well as First Team All Region and First Team All American honorable mention. Brittani led her team back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 6 years her senior year.
Brittani earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and minored in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Southern Indiana. Brittani continued her education at the University of Houston Clear Lake and received a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. Brittani currently is attending Alliant International University pursuing her Doctorate of Psychology in Couples and Family Therapy specializing in Greif and Bereavement. Brittani coached at the Gulf Coast Volleyball Academy (GCVA) while in Houston, TX for three years before relocating.
