Mizuno Team Training
Coast offers a ‘free training’ for Mizuno Players in the month of June on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:30am to 12 noon.

You must pre-register!  No walk ups will be accepted.  Register before 3pm the day before you plan to train to reserve your spot.

OPEN GYM  After the training, stay for "OPEN GYM" from 12 noon until 2pm.
