Girls / Private Lessons
COAST prides itself on the strength of its coaching staff and many of the COAST coaches are available for private lesson instruction. One on one instruction is a complementary training opportunity to drill down on specific skills or techniques a player needs to focus on.
The COAST facility is the largest volleyball only facility under one roof in the county which provides enhanced convenience, supervision and safety. Our state of the art on-court video technology is readily available for use during lessons and provides real-time visual feedback to players on technique and motor patterns.
