Justin Conde has been a coach at COAST for almost a decade of his 15-year coaching career. His analytical nature coupled with an innate drive for competency has shown him different parts of the world through a variety of roles; as a problem solver, critical thinker, technical trainer, coach, and even professional musician.
At COAST, Justin has been an integral part of some of the most decorated teams: Not only earning bids and medaling at 15+ qualifiers; but finishing at the top of the age division in the region, winning Open Qualifiers, placing 3rd in the Open Division of Junior National Championships in the 17s age group, and winning an Open National Championship in the 16s age group. In his last coaching assignment at COAST, his 17-1s team finished second in the Open Division at the SCVA JNQ and First in the SCVA Regional Championships.
When not in the gym, Justin a true polymath; teaches, tinkers, creates, builds, researches, repairs, writes, cooks and even gardens a bit. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, former COAST Coach Hailey Conde née Marvin, and their two fur babies, Kea and Moa.
