Tina Kinkead

 


 

Tina Kinkead grew up in Arizona and attended Gilbert High School. While in high school Tina was named Arizona’s “Player of the Year” and went on to play Division 1 volleyball at Santa Clara University. During her time at Santa Clara, her team won the West Coast Conference and went to the NCAA Tournament. Tina received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Santa Clara. She went on to National University where she got her teaching credential in Health and Physical Education. Tina continued her schooling at San Diego State University where she earned her Master of Arts Degree.

 

Tina was Santa Clara’s men’s volleyball coach and also worked as the assistant women’s coach at Creighton University. Currently, Tina is the assistant coach at Point Loma Nazarene University. For 14 years, Tina has coached at various clubs in Southern California.

 

Tina met her husband at Santa Clara University and they have 3 children. Coast is excited to have Tina on the coaching staff.
