San Diego Coaching:
High School Volleyball- Cathedral Catholic High School, La Jolla High School - 4 CIF Titles along with 4 League Titles
Coast Volleyball Club- won 2 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze Medal at the Junior Olympics. Every team coached at Coast has finished in the Top 8 in SCVA and has qualified for JO’s. In 2008, Coast 15-1 finished 11th at JO’s and 4th in the SCVA; winning 2 tournaments and placing 5th and 7th respectively in the JO Qualifier’s along the way. Have trained over 50 All-CIF athletes. Some of which have gone onto schools in the Pac-10, Ivy League, Big 12 and ACC Conferences.
As an athlete: Attended U.S Olympic Development Team from 1993-1995 - Toured Europe in 1993-1994 - 2 sport athlete in Soccer and Volleyball at UC Santa Barbara
Athletic career consists of 12 years of traveling internationally and within the United States learning life lessons and exposed to the international sporting phenomena at a young age; creating many relationships with athletes from around the world. Competing against some of the best athletes have given me the tools to succeed within a close, high impact group where communication is the key to success.
Education: 2001 B.S in Sports Medicine, UCSB/San Diego State University 2003 Master of Science in Biomechanics, San Diego State University Research includes: - Shoulder mechanics for overhead throwing/hitting athletes - Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Fascilitation, and the effects post surgical for knee biomechanics in young female athletes. - Overuse injuries and the relationship of young athletes ages 13-20

-Grew up in the Bay Area; Saratoga, Ca. -Now living in the San Elijo Hills, Carlsbad with 2 dogs Fred and Barney.
