Beth Su Gosselin
Beth
is a graduate of UCLA, where she served as the Team Manager for the
legendary Andy Banachowski’s volleyball team for three seasons.
Beth played her high school volleyball at Ventura High from 1989 to
1993.In 1992 she was named to 1st
team Channel League and voted Outstanding Defensive Player of the
Year. Beth played club volleyball with Channel Islands Volleyball
Club for three years.
Beth played volleyball for Ventura College in 1993 and in 1995. She
was team captain her sophomore year and was selected to 1st Team
All-Conference.
Beth's club and high school coaching experience is extensive. From
1997 to 2000, she was with the Ventura West Volleyball Club,
coaching 13s and 14s teams. From 1997 to 2001, Beth coached both
boys and girls frosh/soph and JV level volleyball at Ventura High.
In 2002, she was an assistant coach for the 15-1 team at Sports
Shack, one of the premier volleyball clubs in Southern California.
In 2004, Beth was the head coach for Ventura Volleyball Club's 17-1
team. From 2005-2008, Beth was a mainstay in Epic’s non-traveling
program.
2009 was Beth’s first season with Coast Volleyball. She coached the
LeapFrog program at the 10’s level.
Beth currently resides in Rancho Penasquitos, has been married to
Tim for 3 years and works as an analyst for a commercial real estate
research firm. Sorrento Valley for a commercial real estate
company. They are expecting their first child in November 2009.
