Head Coach Justin Conde

Coach Justin Conde brings almost 10 years of coaching experience with him to Coast.  He has worked with Savannah High School in Orange County, Cuyamaca College, Starlings Navajo, the SDSU Men’s Club Team, East Valley Volleyball Club and currently heads both the Girls and Boys Volleyball teams at Patrick Henry High School.  In only his second season with the Girls team at Henry, he led Henry to their first Division 1 CIF Finals appearance.

Justin grew up in Cypress, CA and came to San Diego to attend SDSU.  After graduating in 2006 with a B.A. in Social Science, he continued coaching and found other ways to stay in school, well to play volleyball via staying in school.  He played for both Mesa College and City College.  At Mesa, he led the team in Kills and Aces, carried a 4.0 GPA, and was one of the top 10 Outside Hitters in the State.  At City, he led the team in Assists and Aces, as well as keeping a 4.0 GPA throughout the Season.   

In addition to coaching and actively playing Volleyball, Coach Conde is always on go; whether it be, Scuba Diving off the coast of Guam, performing at Duke's in Malibu, wakeboarding in Lake Mohave, or leaving tracks across untouched powder in the Back Country of the Sierra's.  He just doesn't take a break, unless it’s at a Charger Home Game.
