Head Coach Jen Cuff

Jen grew up in Southern California, playing for both Mission Valley (Laguna Beach) and Cal Jrs (Huntington Beach) volleyball clubs.  She attended El Toro high school, where she started opposite Elaine Youngs on a #10 Nationally ranked team, in her sophomore year, prior to moving to South Tahoe.  While attending South Tahoe High School, she helped her team win the Zone championship/ State runner-up, both her Junior and Senior years.  Following high school, Jen attended the Univeristy of Nevada on a full ride volleyball scholarship.  During her 4 years at Nevada, she was an incredibly versatile athlete playing nearly every position; outside and middle, as well as right side.  She started all 4 of her playing years, at Nevada, and was the first "First Team All Conference" player in the history of the school/ program in 1993;  this while competing in the Big West conference against programs like Long Beach State, Hawaii, UCSB and Pacific.  Her versatility as a player has lent to a very successful coaching career, as well.  She spent 8 years coaching a middle school program at Annunciation Catholic Academy, in Florida, as well as 4 years coaching for the areas premier club organization, Orlando Volleyball Academy.  Her experience is wide in range, having spent time coaching both Regional and Elite teams at the 17's, 14's, 12's and 10 age levels.    
 
This is Jen's second year, as part of our Coast coaching family.  Last year she led our 14-2 Regional team to a successful season, while more important to note, prepared each one of her players to make their respective high school Freshman/ JV teams.  We are very excited to have Jen, as a part of our Coast family, as well as her two volleyball playing daughters, Lexi and Katelyn.
